ebonyRed records is a passionate new independent record label. It was formed in late 2008 as an alternative and accessible way to release music for unsigned artists. We are now based in the North West which gives us access to cultural cities like Liverpool and Manchester.

Whether you create music in your bedroom or spend most of your life in a studio we offer a fair and open way into the music industry. We focus on electronica including electro, techno, trance and house but we also encourage bands and musicians to contact us.

With the help of the Internet we are able to work with artists across the world and already have producers from Russia, the USA and South Africa. Our releases are available on every continent including Asia, Europe and America.

OUR ETHOS


PODCAST

We pride ourselves on communication. We reply to every demo we receive within a maximum of seven days. Any ebonyRed projects are organised swiftly and decisively. We do not sit on music, we get it played.

The founder of the label is a producer in his own right and is surrounded by a team of people with a passion for electronic music. ebonyRed is run by artists for artists.

We offer fair and honest contracts. There is no lengthy commitment and you will receive at least 50% of the royalties from your music.

We organise opportunities for producers to work with each other, learning tricks and techniques whilst making remixes for each other's releases.

We encourage new ideas forward thinking and originality. If we like your track, we sign it, there are no alterations.
